Privacy notice

This notice explains how Nexorra Digital handles personal data collected through this website, in line with Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019. Last updated: 25 September 2026.

What we collect

• Enquiries: the name, company, email, phone number, service, budget and project details you enter in our forms.
• SEO analyzer: the website address you submit, the resulting report and, if you give it, your email address.
• Technical data: your IP address and browser type, used to prevent abuse and keep the site secure.

The PDF tools process files inside your browser. Your documents are not uploaded to us. The AI Summarizer and Translate tools send the extracted text, not the file, to our AI provider to produce the result. HTML to PDF fetches the web address you enter.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare proposals.
• To follow up on a project you asked about.
• To keep the site secure and to understand which pages are useful.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.

Who can see it

Only the Nexorra team. Data is stored on our hosting provider's servers. We use AI and hosting providers under agreements that protect your data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to three years so we can refer back to past conversations. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email nexorradigital@gmail.com or call 0700 851 547. You may also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
