The problem
A busy specialist garage was tracking vehicles, jobs, parts and payments across paper job cards, WhatsApp and spreadsheets. Owners could not see daily profit, which parts had been used on which job, or which customers were due back.
What we built
We built a multi-tenant garage management system: appointments and enquiries, job cards for customers with several vehicles, a spare-parts inventory with a parts ledger synced to jobs, KopoKopo M-Pesa STK push and till payments reconciled in real time, a Family Bank integration, automated SMS and WhatsApp messages, a daily PDF and SMS report for the owner, staff targets, customer retention tools, a profit and loss view and an AI assistant that gives short repair advice. It installs on phones as a PWA.
