The problem
A medical equipment supplier with hospital and laboratory clients had an older WooCommerce site. Buyers could browse, but procurement officers need formal quotations, and the site had no way to produce them. Sales staff rebuilt every quote by hand.
What we built
We rebuilt the site on Next.js with a structured catalogue, product specifications and brand pages. Buyers add equipment to a quote basket and download a branded quotation PDF, while the request reaches the sales team. An AI assistant answers product questions using the catalogue.
